The children have snack at 10am where they are presented with a fruit platter to choose from. The children are encouraged to try different fruits, vegetables and salads. This is our turkey and 3 bean chilli which is packed with a variety of vegetables and herbs for a great flavour.
Turkey and 3 bean chilli recipe
turkey mince
mushrooms
peppers
onions
baby corn
courgette
tin of mixed beans
chopped tomatoes
vegetable stock
garlic powder
mild chilli powder
mixed herbs
ground pepper
serve with brown rice and your choice of vegetables and sides

We endeavour to make as much of the menu as possible from fresh ingredients including Jayne's famous tomato pasta sauce which includes

butternut squash
carrots

vegetable stock (low salt)
ground pepper
She roasts the vegetables until soft then blends them to form a smooth sauce that is packed full of nutrients and deliciousness.
